In this blog, we provide detailed coverage of the SRE Report 2023. In this second year, we evaluated the value derived from "Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps)" and inquired about the extent of the problem regarding tool sprawl. When examining whether the value of AIOps and the proliferation of tools are challenges, the differences in perspectives between individual contractors (SREs) and management reveal not only a lack of communication between groups but also differences in priorities and ways of thinking.
